Good price for a large box parcel that was too large for everi to take, not a problem for parcel force. Posted item out using express24 and it literally arrived the following day early morning

Delivered as promised, great service

I did not receive the labels for the Parcel even though the delivery is today and I paid yesterday labels have not been sent

Haven’t received an extremely important package, which was required to be delivered tuesday 19th. Apparently delivery was attempted, but there were lots people at the destination to receive this. No second delivery has been attempted and I’ve not been able to get any help from parcel force as to where this now is

Paid £33 for 2 parcels to be delivered one on 24 hr service the other 48 hr
Parcels sat in local post office 3 working days waiting to be collected apparently to hot for staff to work
Air conditioning in post office and delivery vans !!!
Contacted Parcelforce, no compensation they have special breach of policy rules to cover any potential claim

I put my parcel out, no one turned up. I put it down to being so hot they had called it a day. put it out the next day. By later afternoon still there. looked at tracking says he called at 6.05 impossible. no one came. I went on to twitter and sent them a message. the lady was very helpful rebooked for today so we will see. I use to use another company they use to mark them down as collected and they were not.

Booked twice paid 13 pounds for collection and no one showed up both times to pick it up.
Why pay so much when the service is crappy

Paid for 24 hour delivery then advised delivery would be 3 days later !!!

The first day you were supposed to collect my parcel you didn’t turn up but the tracking stated parcel not available. We have a video doorbell and 2 loud labradors so know you hadn’t been. I had to book for 2 days later which was another no show you are now booked for today so we will see if you turn up.

Not great, driver was grumpy as I had to bring packages down 3 flights
Also took a week when it said it would be 48hours when I booked
Still waiting for 1 package
